Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

what is CBT?

Change the Way You Think, Feel & Behave

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, building practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress.

CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are all connected. By learning to identify and challenge negative or unhelpful thinking, you can change how you feel and how you respond to difficult situations.

Our Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Yasmin Salim, has over a decade of experience delivering CBT to adults and young people. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and offered both in-person and virtually.
