Her expertise encompasses a range of areas, including weight management, fitness, nutrition optimisation, stress reduction, mental wellness promotion, and overall lifestyle refinement. Leveraging her nursing background, she provides guidance and support to individuals navigating newly diagnosed conditions, facilitating their transition towards leading fulfilling and normalised lives.
